Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like to exchange it for.
Exceptions
Some items may not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
