Team Building: Kenapa Jangan Tunggu Team Bermasalah Baru Nak Bertindak

Teambuilding dalam organisasi sering dianggap sebagai solusi apabila masalah sudah berlaku. Namun hakikatnya, teambuilding sepatutnya menjadi langkah pencegahan untuk membina pasukan yang kuat namun biasanya organisasi mula mengalami perkara dibawah

  • Team dah mula bergaduh
  • Komunikasi makin teruk
  • Produktiviti menurun
  • Staff mula hilang motivasi

Baru ketika itu, teambuilding dianggap sebagai “penyelesaian segera”.

Tetapi hakikatnya—
teambuilding bukan ubat bila sakit, tetapi vaksin untuk mencegah masalah.

Team Building : Kesilapan Besar Organisasi Tentang mengenainya

Kebanyakan syarikat melihat teambuilding sebagai:

  • Aktiviti santai
  • Program sekali sekala
  • “Reward” untuk staff

Sedangkan sebenarnya, team building adalah strategi pembangunan organisasi.

Bila hanya dibuat selepas masalah berlaku, kesannya:

  • Konflik sudah terlalu dalam
  • Hubungan sudah retak
  • Trust sudah hilang

Dan ketika itu, teambuilding menjadi lebih sukar untuk memberi impak besar.


Apa Berlaku Bila Team Sudah “Parah”?

Apabila teamwork dalam organisasi mula runtuh, tanda-tanda ini akan muncul:

❌ Komunikasi Tidak Berkesan

Maklumat tidak sampai, salah faham meningkat.

❌ Sikap “Aku-Aku, Kau-Kau”

Tiada semangat bekerjasama, masing-masing buat kerja sendiri.

❌ Hilang Kepercayaan

Team tidak lagi yakin antara satu sama lain.

❌ Prestasi Menurun

Output kerja merosot walaupun sumber mencukupi.

Masalah ini tidak berlaku dalam sehari—
ia berlaku secara perlahan tanpa disedari.

Bayangkan teambuilding seperti servis kereta.

➡️ Kalau tunggu rosak baru servis, kos lebih mahal
➡️ Tapi kalau buat secara berkala, prestasi sentiasa optimum

Trust yang dibina awal akan menjadi “pelindung” ketika konflik berlaku.

Team tidak perlu “recover” dari masalah kerana sentiasa berada dalam keadaan stabil.

tetapi yang bijak mencegah masalah sebelum ia berlaku.

Ridzuan Bin Mohd Said

Introduction

An engineering graduate (electrical/computer), majoring in information technology from University Putra Malaysia, hails from Klang, Selangor. His love for training starts well before he joined the corporate world, when he tutored during his 2 nd year into his bachelor’s degree programme.

Experience

Soon after graduation in 1998, Ridzuan joined Asian NDK Crystal Sdn Bhd as an Engineer in the Machine and Improvement Department. He was later promoted to Senior Engineer, Technology Transfer Programme and in 2009 he became the Head of the Production Department. In 2012 he joined BMR Edu Services Sdn Bhd to explore the opportunities in the world of Development and Consultancy.

Ridzuan’s accomplishment at Asian NDK Crystal includes the creation of a new product through a technology transfer programme from Japan. As an In-House Trainer, he trained staff on Technical subjects such as the Industrial Vacuum System, New machine operation, Pneumatics System, Process control and Maintenance. He also conducts OJT sessions for line staff.

As an Engineer, he specialises in Industrial Vacuum System, troubleshoot a Pneumatic System and Electrical Wiring and PLC System.

In developing his skills, Ridzuan had the opportunity to go through training programmes, some of which are The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, TrainThe-Trainer, Super Action Working Team, FMEA, Total Productive Maintenance, Electricity and Electrical and Diagram, Sensor in Industrial Process Control, Pneumatics and Electro-Pneumatics and Electronic for Manufacturing Environment

A friendly and dedicated person with good interpersonal skills, Redzuan’s wish is to share his knowledge and experiences with as many people as possible through his consultation and training work with BMR Edu Services Sdn Bhd.

These include establishment of Performance Management System, National Leadership Seminar for Zakat Executive, Module Development & Certification for Zakat Executive; in collaboration with Institut Kajian Zakat Malaysia Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Competency-Based Training Needs Analysis, Occupational Safety & Health Policy, Learning Design and Implementation as well as evaluation of Learning Effectiveness.

He was also accountable for Quality Management System MS ISO 9001:2008 as Internal Lead Auditor as well as Internal Auditor for Information Security Management System ISMS/IEC 27001:2005

Shah is also very well-versed with Disciplinary Procedure & Action where he involved as Complaint Officer, setting up the Disciplinary Committee, handling Domestic Inquiry, representing his organisation before the Industrial Relation Department and attending trials at the Industrial Court.

Shah has also initiated & managed the Talent Management-Succession Planning (TMSP) project of which the main aim is to develop and prepare the successors for key positions.

Recognition

Beliau juga kini diiktiraf sebagai NLP Practitioner oleh National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology (USA) dan telah menjalani Kursus Trainers Certification Program (TTT) oleh Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad .

Beliau juga pernah berkhidmat dengan Rebutia Camp Adventure, Kem Remaja Utusan Melayu KembaraAlam Venture, Business Intervention System, RegatCorp, Pro Mission Consultant, Paximage Sdn. Bhd., MMS Consultants, KGC Corporation, Anggerik Persona dan Precession Learning. Di antara program/khusus yang menjadi pengkhususan beliau ialah Pembangunan Ahli Pasukan, Pembangunan Diri, Kebijaksaan Kewangan dan Kemahiran Komunikasi.

Mohd Shah Riza Basirun

Introduction

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and degree in Business Administration (Retail Management) from Universiti Teknologi MARA. He brings with him 14 years of experience in training and development, leadership development, development needs analysis, quality management, talent management succession planning, safety & health and people management skills.

Experience

His expertise in HR, particularly in the area of learning and development, has contributed to the success of the establishment and implementation of various HR programs for Pusat Pungutan Zakat-MAIWP & zakat organisations in Malaysia.
